Have your tracking number ready — it starts with HYD and is on the message the sender sent you. You can follow the parcel yourself at /track.
We carry parcels on behalf of the shop you bought from. For anything about the order itself — what is inside it, a refund, an exchange — the shop is the right people to ask, because we are not told any of that.

Call or email and we will talk through volumes and a rate. Our walk-up rates are on the pricing page; regular senders are quoted directly and pay less.
Pickups booked before 2:00 PM are delivered same day within the city.
