Bhuvik Logistics is a same-city courier operating in Hyderabad, Telangana. Our contact details are on the contact page.

We collect parcels from a sender and deliver them to an address in our service area: All Hyderabad pincodes (500xxx). We are a carrier only. We do not sell, inspect, value or guarantee anything inside a parcel.

A booking is made by a sender through their account with us, through their online shop connected to our system, or in person at our counter. Booking a parcel means accepting these terms.

The sender is responsible for the delivery address and phone number being right, and for packing the parcel well enough to survive being carried.

Walk-up rates are ₹65 for the first kilogram and ₹65 for each additional kilogram, rounded up. Senders above 25 parcels a day are quoted separately and pay less.

The price of a parcel is fixed at the moment it is booked. Agreeing a new rate later changes future parcels, never ones already sent.

Re-attempts and returns are charged as set out in the delivery policy.

Cash, jewellery, firearms, live animals, perishable food, hazardous or flammable goods, and anything illegal to transport. A sender who gives us one of these is responsible for whatever follows, and the parcel is returned at their cost.

Pickups booked before 2:00 PM are delivered same day within the city. These are the times we aim for and normally meet. They are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for a late delivery caused by traffic, weather, a closed or wrong address, or a customer who is not there.

If we lose or damage a parcel we refund the delivery charge and pay the declared value of the goods, up to ₹1,500 per parcel.

We are not liable for consequential loss — lost sales, missed occasions, or the cost of sending a replacement — nor for anything on the list above that we asked not to be given.

Where a sender asks us to collect payment at the door, the customer pays the sender directly. That money never passes through our accounts. We provide the software and the driver; we are not a party to the payment.

Delivery details belong to the sender. We use them to deliver the parcel and for nothing else. See the privacy page.

Either side can stop working with the other at any time. Parcels already collected are delivered, and invoices already raised are still payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
