Delivery policy

All Hyderabad pincodes (500xxx). We are a same-city courier and do not carry parcels outside Hyderabad ourselves. Where a sender needs an out-of-city delivery we can arrange it through a partner courier, and we say so at the time rather than accepting it quietly.

Pickups booked before 2:00 PM are delivered same day within the city.

Parcels booked after the cut-off go out the next working day. These are the times we aim for and normally meet; they are not a guarantee, because traffic, weather, a closed address and a customer who is not home are all outside our control.

The driver calls the number on the parcel before returning it. We then try again — the first re-attempt is included at no extra charge. Further attempts are ₹10 each, charged to the sender.

If the parcel still cannot be delivered, we return it to the sender and charge ₹30for the return trip. We do not dispose of anybody's parcel.

The driver photographs the parcel at the door and the record is stored against the tracking number, so the sender can see when and where it was handed over. Where the sender has asked us to collect money on delivery, the parcel is not handed over until the customer has paid.

Cash, jewellery, firearms, live animals, perishable food, hazardous or flammable goods, and anything illegal to transport. If a parcel turns out to contain one of these we return it to the sender and charge the return trip.

Every parcel gets a tracking number beginning HYD. Follow it at /track, or ask the shop you bought from.
